Why Swansea?
“The time was right to replicate the success we have achieved in our Chepstow practice and Swansea was the obvious choice. Swansea is my home town and I always wished to return one day and, of course, the amazing changes throughout the city and in particular the SA1 development make it a very attractive location for an office.”
Why now? What about the credit crunch?
“There is no doubt that it is an uncertain time and it would have been understandable to make cut backs but I believe that Swansea is well placed for economic growth.”
